Every great journey starts with a solid blueprint—The Blue Print is your family’s guide to navigating GW with confidence. This webinar series is designed specifically for new GW families, providing the essential tools, resources, and insights needed to support your student’s success. Through interactive Zoom sessions, campus experts—your architects of the GW experience—will walk you through key processes, timelines, and campus resources, ensuring you feel informed and ready to build a strong foundation for your student’s journey.

What is academic advising? How do I register for classes? How many credits should I take? How do I create a balanced class schedule? These questions - plus many more - are on every student's mind as they prepare for class registration for the first time. Academic Advisors from the respective schools, as well as New Student Orientation, will provide an overview of the registration process and the advising opportunities available to your students. We will also share suggestions for how families can support their students as they begin their academic journey at GW.
